 | | Presently, OIS is partnering with three family practice residency programs in Georgia to provide administrative cover for their American Osteopathic Association - approved positions through CEME. This arrangement has built strong and lasting relationships that have proven, over the years, to train competent osteopathic family practitioners that call Georgia their home. The three residency programs are found at: Columbus Regional Medical Center (Columbus, Georgia), Floyd Medical Center (Rome, Georgia), and The Medical College of Georgia (Augusta, Georgia).

In fact, the Institute has partnered with the American Osteopathic Association to assist interested hospitals and their administration in creating new opportunities for residency training. Presently, new programs are being considered in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
